Consultant’s profile – Nathalie Ricaud

Nathalie is Managing Consultant with TAD Logistics. She possesses about 15 years of experience in the distribution part of the Supply Chain acquired both in consulting and in the industry, in Asia as well as Europe. Nathalie has been involved in several industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Chemicals and Electronics & High Tech.

Professional experience – Nathalie started her career in France first as a Logistics Manager for one of the largest French publisher then as a Consultant for Ouroumoff Consultants, the European Supply Chain consulting arm of Computer Science Corporation. She then moved to Singapore pursuing her consulting career in the Strategy competence of Accenture focusing on Supply Chain projects before joining ICI Paints as their Regional Logistics Manager for Asia.

Areas of expertise – Throughout her career, Nathalie has been actively involved in warehouse audit, warehouse layout optimisation, logistics outsourcing, logistics network optimisation, inventory reduction, process re-engineering, logistics systems requirements definition, implementation and enhancement as well as post-merger integration, always pursuing productivity improvement, cost reduction and customer service enhancement.

Education – Nathalie holds a Masters degree in Industrial Logistics from the Advanced Institute in Industrial Logistics from Bordeaux Business School, and a B.Sc. Economics from Pau Business School, both from France.
